// The PROCESS

ORDER IT. BOOT IT. BACK TO WORK.

No driver hunting. No dead support pages. No forum threads from 2014. Here's exactly what happens, start to finish.

01

Find your MK Mark model

Not sure which MK you have? Find your model to look it up, then send us your serial number for activation. Both are on the same label under the unit and in your BIOS.

02

Choose your format

Physical drive ($149) arrives ready to use, shipped free with tracking. Digital download ($99) lands within 24 hours and you write it to your own blank USB. Same installer either way.

03

We match it to your machine

During checkout we'll ask for your serial number. We use it to generate an activation key for your machine — reusable any time you replace the drive or reinstall on that same unit.

04

Boot and go

Plug in the drive, boot from it, click once. Windows installs, drivers load, the machine restarts. Log in and everything works — touchscreen, GPS, serial ports, the lot. Usually under an hour.

BACK UP FIRST.

This is a clean install. Everything currently on the drive gets erased — files, settings, installed software, all of it. Copy anything you need to another drive before you start. If you're not sure how, ask us before you begin, not after.

      Back up your files

      Plug the AC adapter into your Toughbook — don't run this on battery

      Have the USB flash drive ready

      Hit F2 on bootup to enter BIOS screen to make sure USB port is setup as bootable

      Set aside an hour, though it's often less

      When finished, reboot your Toughbook and it will be good to go!

// WINDOWS VERSION

WILL MY TOUGHBOOK RUN WINDOWS 10 or 11?

Oldest units — Windows 10

Panasonic never supported anything past Windows 7 on these. Without us, that's where you're stuck. We get them to Windows 10 — everything fully working, fully activated.

Some examples: CF-31 MK1 / MK2 / MK3 - CF-19 MK5 / MK6 - CF-53 MK1 / MK2

Older units — Windows 11, the hard way

These can run Windows 11, but the drivers are incomplete or missing. Most people who try end up with a machine that boots but has no touchscreen, no GPS, no serial ports. We've already done that work.

Some examples: CF-31 MK4 / MK5 / MK6 - CF-19 MK7 / MK8 - CF-53 MK3 / MK4, CF-20 MK1 / MK2

Newer units — Windows 11

Panasonic supports Windows 11 on these and released the drivers. The catch is finding them — scattered across support pages, matched to the right sub-model, installed in the right order. We put every driver your exact configuration needs on one drive.

Some examples: FZ-55 MK1 / MK2

// LICENSe

YOUR LICENCE IS ALREADY IN THE MACHINE.

Every Toughbook shipped from the factory with a Windows license embedded in its BIOS.

It's still there. Nothing on our drive is cracked, patched or unlicensed — we use genuine Microsoft installation media and your machine's own license, so Windows activates itself during install and stays activated.

What we add is our proprietary installer — it saves you the time and hassle, and leaves you with a Toughbook that runs better than it did from the factory.

That's the product.

// SUPPORT

YOU'RE NOT ON YOUR OWN.

Send us your full model number and a description of what you're seeing.

Fifteen years of rugged Panasonic hardware sits behind every reply.

And if it doesn't do what we said it does, you've got 30 days and your money back.

Ready to Bring It Back?

Find your Toughbook and get back to work — usually in under an hour.
